At Canviz, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that Canviz is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. But just in case you don’t believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

• We will not share the data with any 3rd-parties.
• We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
• We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
• We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
• We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
• We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
• We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
• As part of the registration process for using the Canviz Power Platform Scanner, we collect your first name, last name and email address. We use this information to add you to our mailing list to send you emails that advertise our products and services.
• Each time you scan a package with the Canviz Power Platform Scanner we log the name of the app package as a unique identifier as well as how many deprecated methods were found in the PowerApps and/or Flow packages. We DO NOT store any of your source code!
• We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
• We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us.
